Personal Transfer

Important things to remember before/after you transfer.

• If your destination server requires application, send a transfer request at least two days before Free Server Transfer opens so you do not have to wait for 2 days.
• Claim alliance gold before you leave your alliance or transfer.
• Dimensional Tunnel resets after transfer (your troops automatically get removed from Dimensional Tunnel mines). Send your troops back to the mines after transfer as soon as possible.

Resets

Certain progresses get reset after transfer.

Alliance Resets

	Alliances Quests	Complete as few Alliance Quests as possible. If you have any quest completed, collect the rewards before transfer; if you do not, the quests will be marked as completed but you will not get any rewards from it.
	Lava Trial	Rewards limits on Lava Trial reset. Before you transfer, summon all available Haka Behemoth and join as many Haka Behemoth rallies as you can.
	Evil Spirit Invasion	If you complete Evil Spirit Invasion before transfer, you will receive Kingdom ranking rewards after you transfer to the new server.
	Lava Cave	Lava Cave resets. Use all your points and collect all rewards before you transfer; you will not be able to participate in Lava Cave for the remainder of the week.

Personal Resets

	Dimensional Tunnel	Your troops automatically get removed from Dimensional Tunnel mines after you transfer. Send your troops back to Dimensional Tunnel mines as soon as possible.
	Kingdom Chronicle	Kingdom Chronicle resets. Collect all Kingdom Chronicle rewards before you transfer.
	Mail & Messages	Personal Mail, Community Mail, and Private Messages will be cleared when you transfer. Take screenshots of important messages before you transfer.
	Friends List	Friends List does not reset. If there are people you want to stay in touch with after you transfer, add them to your friend list before you transfer. All your prior direct messages will be cleared, but you can send each other messages after you transfer.
	Wishing Crystal Ball	Wishing Crystal Ball resets. Get your free draw first before you transfer. Do max draws if you have lots of gem.
	Join Rally	Join Rally event resets. Complete the event if you can, and collect all rewards before you transfer.
	Mightiest Kingdom	Mightiest Kingdom resets. So do some light upgrades and collect the daily rewards before you transfer. You can collect daily rewards again after you transfer.
	Ultimate Hunting	Your cross-server points do not reset, but your server points reset.
	King/Queen's Hall	Purchase limits in King/Queen's Hall reset.
	VIP Store	Purchase limits in VIP Store reset do not reset.
	Discount Store Pass	Progress on Discount Store Pass does not reset.
	Daily Quests	Progress on Daily Quests and weekly points do not reset.
